Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, fill in the contact form, or email us, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies.
Client information. If you engage us, we process the business and contact details needed to deliver the work, as set out in our engagement agreement.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange or hold a call.
To provide, manage and improve our services to you.
To operate, secure and improve our website.
To send you information you’ve asked for, and, where permitted, occasional relevant updates you can opt out of at any time.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Legal basis

Under UK GDPR we rely on: your consent (for optional cookies and marketing); our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business; the performance of a contract with you; and compliance with legal obligations.

The site uses essential cookies to function and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, acting on our instructions — for example our website host (Vercel), our email and calendar provider (Google Workspace), and analytics tools. We may also disclose information where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain our client relationship, and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When it’s no longer needed we securely delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Subject to UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability.
